It is a water based acrylic varnish that provides high protection like a film layer. It has matt, satin and gloss options. Except crackle techniques, can be used on all craft surfaces for a tough, durable, clear acrylic finish.  2 coats recommended. Water-resistant feature. Sealed surfaces are easily cleaned with a wet cloth. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic.
